A lovely extension we handed over to the Brotchies.

We demolished an existing conservatory and bay window to the rear of the current dinning area. We then added 75m2 extension to create a large living and dinning space.

​

With a fully the glazed gable along with 2 electronically operated velux windows the extension allows natural light to flood into the new living space.

Triple glazed timber aluminium clad windows along with smooth render gives the building a sleek look. the slider opens directly onto an Indian sandstone patio area.

Moduleo LVT flooring was laid in a herringbone style.
