Will I need planning permission or building regulations?
Planning permission is not always required unless you extend or alter the roof space beyond certain specified limits. If you wish to find out about the requirements in more details please call us.
Is a full survey part of the service?
Yes! In order to provide an accurate quotation we have to complete a full survey so that we know the level of work required for the project.
Will our extension be disruptive to our normal living?
Whenever possible we endeavour to stay out of your way and we will always work with the utmost respect for your home.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured with both employee liability insurance and 10 million pound cover for public liability.
How long will my extension take to build?
This depends on the size of your particular extension. An average extension is normally completed within 4 - 6 weeks, with larger extensions usually 6 - 8 weeks. Our surveyors will let you know the estimated completion date before work starts.
Are you gas safe registered?
Yes, all of our engineers are fully Gas Safe registered.
